MEPSCo was founded by Reza Bashar, a 24-year veteran of complex medical device manufacturing automation and specialist in GAMP compliance documentation.
Through working in the industry and growing pains, I’ve developed my GAMP process and documents to partner with manufacturing companies and automation vendors in developing and delivering the desired outcome, on-time and on-budget with minimal or no change orders.

As a Principal Global Technical Solutions Engineer, I worked with other Hologic Manufacturing facilities and partners, both internal and external, to determine best solutions for manufacturing challenges and to leverage my automation vendor relationships to best serve the company’s manufacturing needs.

Wrote specifications in order to purchase and validate manufacturing equipment for Hologic Inc. Created all documentation to release equipment to the Manufacturing group in the cGMP environment.
